The Linsanity show never stops kicking. Last Sunday Feb. 19, 2012 at Madison Square Garden, Dirk and the Mavs visit New York Knicks to extend their six-winning streak against the Linsanity and the Knicks. But Knicks outscored Mavs during the fourth quarter with a turning point of 12-1 run and defeat the Mavs with the score of 104-97 in favor for Knicks.
The New comer, JR Smith played his first game with Knicks after playing in China. Smith contributes the winning game with 15 points, going 3 of 9 shots from the 3-point line.
But who’s the key man of the game? Well, it’s always The “Lincredible” Jeremy Lin. Jeremy Lin scores 28 points at the end of the game with a new career high 14 assists that made the lead and overthrown the defending Champs. Lin was defensively efficient with 5 steals that contributed a lot to their win. Lin shooting is on fire that average to 55% which is 11 out of 20 field goals and 3 of 6 beyond the arc.
The former Marquette star, Steve Novak contributed a lot for the Knicks with his hot hands from the deep that went to 4 of 5 shots during the critical moment of the game and scored 14 points at the end.
