Alyzza Agustin Escapes Traffic Violation Through PNP Director's Card

FHM model Alyzza Agustin claims she got away from a traffic violation through the help of a card given to her by a Philippine National Police (PNP) director.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Agustin said the PNP director's card helped her escape a number coding offense. 

"Nahuli nanaman ako dahil coding but because of you Boss Alex wala ng huli huli. Thank you so much sa napaka uselful mong card with matching dedication pa #happykid," she wrote.

The model attached a photo of the said card which bears the name and signature of PNP Director for Plans Alexander Ignacio and a note that says, "Pls (sic) assist my EA, Alyzza Agustin."

She quickly deleted the post but not before someone took a screen capture of it who later posted it online. The said screenshot is now circulating in social media sites. Meanwhile, the Facebook pages of Agustin and the PNP have been flooded with messages, most of them are sarcastic.

Bonifacio Global City Guards Arresting a Helpless Foreigner

A certain youtube user Ghelo Arboleda uploaded this video happened at the corner of 5th & 30th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The video shows Marshall of BGC are arresting a foreigner and trying to take him down. If I’m not mistaken, one of the Marshall punched the foreigner in his stomach.

The English men’s names are Sam & Chris, two of the nicest people I’ve known in the city. Sam is a resident of BGC & Chris is his best friend who’s here for vacation.

Sam just wished to use his skateboard and have fun that Saturday Afternoon | Sept 27. They initially played in front of Banana Republic along fifth avenue, two lady police women approached them and nicely told them that they can’t use the board in that area and they instructed them to play at the park instead, which they did.

At the park, a lady marshal | the one shown in the video with a proud look at 1:16 stopped them rudely unlike the police women. As per Sam’s sharing, in their country they look up to their police officers as kings, they respected them and honour them, so their words were gold. So between the police women & the marshals, they believed the words of the police. They insisted to the marshal that they were told that it is okey to skate in that area and that’s where the argument began.

Marshal called for back-up and two Big Marshals arrived, confiscated the skate board, in Sam’s mind he just want to get the skateboard and run off as he was already scared, which he successfully did. Then new set of reinforcements arrive and this video is what happened next. They got caught.

Given, that the marshals’ were right that it is indeed prohibited to skate although ironically, to play IN A PARK, does it have to end this way? Where’s the maximum tolerance ruling? Oh maybe this marshals have a different code. We don’t need to be an investigator to figure out that there is something wrong here, they already got him but still the marshals had a grand time I guess showing off their kickboxing skills.

To make it even worse, Sam, with a bruised face and a broken rib and Chris were arrested for being charged with PHYSICAL INJURY by two of this wonderful marshals. Really clever and wise move. They got detained that very night.

Our experience with the investigating team made the night even worse. Few CLOSED DOOR briefings with the complainants (the marshals) and the police happened that night investigator needed to ask what happened, we were waiting for our turn to be asked about our side but it never came.

“Dito ko naintindihan, kawawa ka talaga kapag wala kang kakilala. Kahit ikaw na ang agrabyado, kayang kaya nilang palabasin na ikaw ang masama. I realized, ang bigat pala kapag ikaw na ang nasa ganitong sitwasyon.”

(Rough translation: I don’t understand. It really is such a pity if you don’t know anyone. Even if you were taken advantage of, they can easily twist the story to show that it was you who have done something wrong. I realized how hard it can be if you were in that situation.)

For some reason they weren’t allowed to file a counter-charge that very night and we weren’t able to do anything to prevent them from detaining the two. Where in fact, Sam & Chris, were supposed to be the one filing that PHYSICAL INJURY CASE. If there’s any lawyer reading this we would really appreciate your advice sirs and madams.

Sam is currently confined in St. Lukes & Chris is being held at Taguig Police Station just beside City hall of Taguig as suspects.

Meanwhile, we also filed formal charges against the two foreigners who had hit and hurt our lady marshal and another male marshal when their attention was called to certain violations of BGC’s community rules, and before their apprehension was captured in the video.

CCTV: Girl Robbed at a Street in Quezon City while Talking to Others

A video, which is getting viral online, is showing how a girl was robbed in broad daylight near Sct. Tobias St. in Quezon City last Monday, September 22, 2014. 

The girl was robbed of her cellphone by a man with a companion riding a motorcycle.

The victim was at first talking with three other girls near Scout Tobias Street when the two suspects approached them. The other suspect was riding a motorcycle and the other one was walking while observing the girls. 

It can be seen from the footage that before the robber grabbed the arm of the girl holding her mobile phone and threatened her, he was taking his time to do his plan against the girl wearing short pants.

After taking the phone from her, the robber can be seen running going to his companion riding a motorcycle and left the place.



The shocking video was uploaded by Marlou Rabina. As of this posting, the video has more than 4,000 shares and more than 100,000 views on Facebook.

The Philippines' Gilas Pilipinas are off to a great start at the 2014 Asian Games in South Korea.

Earlier this afternoon, Sep. 23, Gilas Pilipinas won against India, their first game in the 2014 Asian Games, the first fixture in the Preliminary Round for Group E teams.

Held at the Hwaseong Sports Complex, the Philippine team dominated all throughout the game, leaving no chance for the Indian team to come close in the scoring by at least 5 points and below.

Cherry Pie Picache releases statement regarding mother's death

Cherry Pie Picache has released a statement regarding the death of her mother, 75-year-old Zenaida "Baby" Sison, who was found dead inside her Quezon City home on Friday.

The actress herself found her mother lifeless, bearing stab wounds.

According to reports, Cherry Pie went to her mother's house because she was not answering her calls.

The "Ikaw Lamang" actress broke her silence about her mother's death on Monday through an official statement where she also thanked the people who have been helping her with the case.

She also mentioned that she and her family are hoping to get justice for the death of her mother.

Billy Crawford arrested

Billy Crawford was arrested and detained at a Taguig police station on Sunday, September 7, 2014.

According to reports, the "It's Showtime" host arrived with a female friend at the Police Community Precinct 7 in Taguig around 4 am on Sunday asking for assistance.

The singer-host, however, allegedly went berserk when he was told he'd be brought to the police headquarters.

He reportedly punched the female desk officer and even damaged a glass door, reason why the officers on duty had to arrest him.

Meanwhile, Billy has already apologized. In an interview with radio DZMM, here's what he said as quoted by abs-cbnnews.com:

“It was my fault pero wala akong nasaktan, wala akong tinulak, wala akong tinamaan kundi 'yung salamin,” he said.

“To be honest with you, I don’t see anything wrong with what I did. It was my fault for actually being aggressive. Buti na lang it didn’t happen in a bar, it didn’t happen anywhere else. It happened in a precinct. The reason why is because I knew for a fact I needed to be in a controlled environment. So as I said, I really apologize to the officers if I said anything derogatory or anything else,” he added.

Crawford, who admitted to have been drinking, explained that he went to the police station because he was “stressed out by certain situations.”

“You know when we are under the influence of alcohol, you just don’t really fake it. I don’t come from a background na to hide or to fake anything. It’s an aggression. I’m just really exhausted. I’m stressed out by certain situations. We try to be the best we are. We are not perfect. Ibig sabihin ng ‘Ayaw ko makasakit,’ I’m getting the aggression,” he said.

“And usually for me, when I’m angry, I’m not plastic. If there’s someone that speaks derogatorily to me or anything, reresbak ako. It’s my protection. That’s one of the reasons why I went to the prison and said, ‘Just please arrest me.’ Kasi I do not want to be drunk roaming around or making a fool out of myself which I am right now. That was it,” he added.

“When they put the handcuffs on me, I calmed down. When I sat down, I just… ewan ko. Ito ba 'yung pahinga na sinasabi ko na gusto ko,” he said. “I can’t contain myself if I’m under the influence of alcohol. Sasabihin ko nga that was the only thing that was wrong for me. I just really apologized.”

Derek Ramsay and Mary Christine Jolly Wedding Photos, Derek Sued by Wife and Son Austin Gabriel

Now, here's the proof and the legal case alongside with it.

After the much-talked about controversy of his alleged marriage with a certain Mary Christine Jolly (which he extremely denied) while he was in a relationship with Angelica Panganiban, Derek Ramsay's wedding photos surfaced.

 

 

Reports said that the Kapatid hunk actor weds Mary Christine Jolly on April 3, 2002, in Balagtas, Bulacan in a civil rites. Their happy days, however, lasted for only 5 months. However, their unity blessed them with a son named Austin Gabriel.

Latest story insists that Derek is now facing legal case after his wife file a complaint last June 27, 2014 with the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office for Violations of Republic Act No. 9262, otherwise known as the Anti- Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004.

Below is a copy of complaint affidavit by Mrs. Mary Christine J. Ramsay, save for some pertinent personal and legalese information. Notable of the revelations are: that Derek Ramsay is a British national; is legally married to Ms. Jolly and that they have a son named Austin Gabriel, now 11 years old; that their marriage is not yet annulled; that Derek Ramsay refused to recognize and support his son Austin; that Derek Ramsay even gave away an old laptop by ex-girlfriend Angelica Panganiban to son Austin; Mrs. Jolly-Ramsay attached as evidence their duly issued marriage certificate and the certificate of live birth of their son; among others.

FACTUAL ANTECEDENTS:

 3. Respondent and I were married on 3 April 2002, in Balagtas, Bulacan as shown by the Marriage Contract attached hereto and made an integral part hereof as Annex “A”.

4. We were blessed with one child, Austin Gabriel Ramsay (Austin), who was born on 28 June 2003. Attached hereto and made an integral part hereof as Annex “B” is a copy of Austin’s Birth Certificate.

5. For the entire twelve (12) years of our marriage, respondent unduly and unlawfully subjected me and Austin to repeated emotional, psychological and economic abuse.

6. I met respondent in a club through our common friends sometime in 2001 when he won the MTV VJ hunt.

7. A few weeks to a month later, respondent and I began dating. Eventually, I moved in with him at his apartment in Makati City.

8. Our relationship was rocky as we fought all the time. He was very jealous, possessive and demanding. I was always ordered to stay at home.

9. Respondent traveled often, there was one trip to the United States of America (USA), where he met up with his former girlfriend. When he got back to Manila, I contracted a ** disease, which I had to get medical treatment for. The medical procedure was done in Makati Medical Center. Despite the emotionally and physically painful ordeal, I forgave him..

10. On 3 April 2002, respondent and I decided to get married in Balagtas, Bulacan. We lived together as a married couple until September 2002. This period was characterized by incessant fights and extreme jealousy on his part. When he broke off the relationship, I was distraught.

11. In October 2002, while on a short vacation in Dubai to visit my family, I found out I was pregnant. I immediately contacted respondent to let him know, hoping that even if he could not act as a husband to me, that he would at least be a father to our child. To my shock, the news of being father was spurned by him. He even had the temerity to claim that the child was not his. I was aghast but kept myself together because of my condition.

12. It then came to my attention that he was in a full blown relationship with another woman. This was very painful to accept considering that we just got married and I was then pregnant with our only son.

13. I came back to Manila in November 2002, I tried to contact him but to no avail. I stayed in my family’s home in Cavite for the duration of my pregnancy. During this time, I received no amount of financial and emotional support from him.

14. I tried to keep in touch with respondent during that period, informing him on a regular basis how the baby was doing, consulting him on the name, etc., but he was totally uncaring and unresponsive.

15. On 28 June 2003, I gave birth to our son, Austin, in a hospital in Imus, Cavite. I asked respondent to be there for the birth of his first child, and for the DNA test, that he requested to have. He did not show up.

16. After the birth, I repeatedly tried in vain to keep in touch. Being a new mother at a young age proved extremely difficult but the experience was even exacerbated by respondent’s appalling lack of concern. In September 2003, when Austin was almost 3 months old, I decided to move back to Dubai with my child.

17. In 2005, I sent a letter and a few pictures to respondent (from Dubai) of Austin. These were completely ignored.

18. In 2006 I came to Manila to visit, tried to reach respondent, but he ignored all my requests to meet.

19. In May of 2011, I came back for a visit to Manila. A segment on TV Patrol alerted the public that respondent was and is still married to me. He refused to see me until I made demands that I will go public.

20. When finally, he agreed to give me support, I thought that things would change. I was mistaken. Despite our agreement, it has been extremely difficult to get the support that respondent had undertaken to give. He is always delayed in making payments.

21. The first year of Austin’s school in Manila, which was sometime in 2012, respondent refused to make payment in my bank account for the school fees and preferred to make payments directly to his school. This caused me tremendous stress in arranging the school Austin should be attending, as well as tuition fees.

22. In 2012, respondent also refused to pay for the tutor of Austin, which was strongly advised by his school. Austin entered school in Manila at Grade 4, and I shouldered tutorial expenses for that year (2011).

23. Indeed, the effort of having to constantly remind and persuade respondent to give assistance caused me extreme stress since he was unresponsive most of the time. He would answer my email messages three to four weeks after.

24. After Austin graduated Grade 3 sometime in 2013, his teacher requested that he be provided tutorial assistance again for the next year. Respondent promised that if he needed help in school for the next school year, he would shoulder those expenses. When time came for the payment of expenses, he made it extremely difficult to get the money. I had to suffer tremendous stress for a period of three (3) weeks before I was able to get the funds from him.

25. On Austin’s 9th birthday, he asked respondent for an Ipad tablet. Respondent instead gave Austin an old laptop of his which was broken and then he replaced it with his former girlfriend’s (Angelica Panganiban), used laptop. Austin and I were very disappointed for this very shabby treatment as if Austin only deserved used and worn out items.

26. The laptop given even had Angelica Panganiban’s files and her skype was still logged in to the laptop. This is how we knew it was hers. Because he did not even bother to have these erased, it was as if he was intentionally exposing us to his girlfriend and making us feel that we were only good enough for her leftovers.

27. In September 2013, we requested that respondent provide Austin with his legal right of British citizenship, and a lumpsum for the next eight (8) years in rent/dental (excluding school fees for the next twelve (12) years of grade school/high school/college). Respondent and his family assured us that they would be working on the citizenship, the annulment and verbally agreed to the lumpsum.

28. However, it took six months to even get a meeting set up to discuss the above. During the meeting respondent’s father was present. They declared the amount we proposed unreasonable and
father and son (respondent) raised their voices, threatened and verbally attacked me and my lawyer. The meeting left me traumatized, confused and frustrated. I was so humiliated to be attacked in such a way. Needless to state, we did not get any matter resolved.

29. In the span of three (3) years of Austin residing in Manila, respondent met with Austin four (4) times only. He was always busy traveling and was never available or free when Austin is available. He preferred Austin to be the one to free his schedule when it is convenient for him, and not when it is convenient for Austin. The instances he saw Austin lasted not more than an hour or two each time. It was never quality time as he always had either his parents, his nephews/nieces or other family members around.

30. Respondent never acted as a father to Austin at all. He is irresponsible and unfit to be around his son. He has no sense of respect towards Austin, or me. He is incapable of making adult decisions and is extremely immature.

31. Moreover, despite respondent’s shortcomings and misdeeds to me and Austin, he even had the temerity to have very public extra-marital relationships with other women–some are even celebrities. These relationships were paraded in the press and in social media. Photos of him being sweet with his girlfriends would often be splashed on magazines and on television. Such brazen infidelity has caused me and Austin tremendous emotional and psychological pain.

Paolo Bediones shows blackmail letter

Paolo Bediones has revealed the blackmail letter that he received before his video scandal hit the web.

On Thursday, the news anchor took to Instagram to post a photo of the letter that says:

Hawak ko ngayong ang mga sex videos mo.

madali naman akong kausap!

Kung ayaw mong lumabas ito sa publiko, tawagan mo ako.

Antayin ko ang tawag mo!

Wag mo patagalin mainipin ako.

The letter included a telephone number which had been blurred out in the photo.

According to Paolo's complaint, which he filed before the Philippine National Police (PNP) Anti-Cybercrime Group, the video was taken five years ago. The file was stored in his laptop that eventually got broken and had to be taken to the technician. Three months after, he received the blackmail letter, which he ignored thinking it would just die down. Last week, however, the video started becoming viral on the internet.

Links of the video scandal are now being looked into to determine who uploaded it.

Bagyong Odette Intensifies in Northern Luzon

Bagyong Odette (Typhoon Usagi) has maintained its strength and continues to move towards the extreme Northern Luzon area, the PAGASA said Friday night.

In a severe weather bulletin released at 11p.m., the state weather bureau said the eye of Typhoon Odette was located based on all available data at 120 km East of Basco, Batanes (20.2°N, 123.2°E) an hour earlier. Packing maximum sustained winds of 205 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 240 kph, the tropical cyclone is forecast to move West Northwest at 19 kph, it added.

Public Storm Warnings Signals (PSWS) are still up in the following areas:

Signal#4 (Winds of more than 185 kph is expected in at least 12 hrs): Batanes Group of Islands.

Signal#3 (Winds of 101-185 kph is expected in at least 18 hrs): Calayan and Babuyan Group of Islands.

Signal#2 (Winds of 61-100 kph is expected in at least 24 hrs): Cagayan, Apayao and Ilocos Norte.

Signal#1 (Winds of 30-60 kph is expected in at least 36 hours): Abra, Kalinga, Isabela, Northern Aurora, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Benguet, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Mt. Province and Ifugao.

Bagyong Odette is expected to be outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at 270 km West of Basco, Batanes or at 150 km Southwest of Southern Taiwan by Saturday evening.

PAGASA also added the following advisories:

• Estimated rainfall amount is from 10 – 20 mm per hour (heavy-intense) within the 900 km diameter of the Typhoon.
• Residents in low lying and mountainous areas under signals #4, #3, #2 & #1 are alerted against possible flash floods and landslides. Likewise, those living in coastal areas under signal #4, #3 and #2 are alerted against storm surges.
• “ODETTE” will continue to enhance the Southwest Monsoon that will bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms over the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas. Residents in these areas are advised to be alert against flash floods and landslides.
• Sea travel is risky over the seaboards of Luzon and Visayas.

PNoy Signs Anti-Bullying Law

President Noynoy Aquino Signs Anti-Bullying Act of the Philippines

President Aquino has signed Republic Act 10627, or the "Anti-Bullying Act of 2013."

The law, signed on September 12, 2013, requires all elementary and secondary schools to “adopt policies to prevent and address the acts of bullying in their institutions.”

It asks schools to prohibit bullying, retaliation against a person who reports bullying, and provide disciplinary administrative sanctions against a “perpetrator of bullying.”

The perpetrator is also required to undergo a rehabilitation program to be administered by the school concerned while the parents will also be encouraged to participate in the program.

Schools are expected to educate students, parents and guardians about the “dynamics of bullying,” as well as the mechanisms for reporting incidents of bullying or retaliation.

The school’s anti-bullying policies shall be published in the student handbook and be posted in school bulletin boards and websites.

The school principal or designated school officer to handle bullying cases is expected to “promptly investigate” reports of bullying and take the necessary steps if bullying is found to have occurred.

This includes notifying law enforcement agencies if criminal charges may be pursued against the perpetrator, taking the appropriate disciplinary administrative action, and notifying the parents and guardians of the perpetrator and victim.

Frank Chavez is Dead

Frank Chavez is dead. He was 66.

The former Solicitor General succumbed to stroke at 10:20 p.m on Wednesday, September 11, at Medical City in Pasig City.

Chavez was cremated at 2:45 a.m. on Thursday, September 12, which was his request according to his daughter Stephanie. His remains now lies in state at Santuario de San Antonio Parish in Forbes Park, Makati City.

He is also scheduled to be buried at the Heritage Park in Taguig City on Sunday, September 15.

Bagyong 'Nando' Latest PAGASA Update

Tropical Depression "NANDO" has maintained its strength and is now moving in a northwest direction.

Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 - 15 mm per hour (moderate - heavy) within the 400 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.

"NANDO" is expected to enhance the Southwest Monsoon which will bring light to moderate rains and thunderstorms over Southern Luzon including Metro Manila, and over Western Visayas.

Sea travel is risky over the eastern seaboard of Central and Southern Luzon. Signal No. 1: Batanes Group of Islands, Cagayan, Apayao & Isabela.
