Who’s going to watch Titanic in 3D?
The Oscar-winning Titanic of James Cameron is set to be re-released on April 4, 2012 worldwide in 3D, in commemoration of 100th year anniversary of the ship’s sinking.
The original Titanic movie was released on December 1997, becoming the highest grossing film of all time for 12 years with $1.8 billion earnings, but was surpassed by Avatar in 2012, also by Cameron.
Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet led the casts as lovers Jack Dawson and Rose DeWitt Bukater, respectively, in a fictionalized account of the sinking of the Titanic ship in 1912.
