A closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera caught two unidentified women stealing things from innocent customers of a fastfood chain in Mendiola. Watch the video footage below.
Netizen ‘marfski28’ fell victim to the pickpockets inside McDonald’s in Mendiola last week.
“Sa mga nagsisimba sa st.jude every Thursday (o kahit sa mga napapadaan sa Mendiola), beware of these 2 women. magnanakaw ng cellphone sa mga fastfood chain. nabiktima ako sa mcdo mendiola last March 1.. :(,” she posted in the description box of the video on YouTube.
“Tinabihan nya ko nung nagbabayad na ko sa counter. nasa bulsa ko kasi phone ko,” the victim, who claimed that she lost an iPhone, added in the comments section.
YouTube user ‘janjan6140’ helped explain what the crooks did, stating:
“1:40 fourth cashier(ung mas malapit sa CCTV) then after makuha ung cp, lumipat siya sa 3rd cashier then umalis sya kasama ung nag take out ng order na babae din. Tama ba?”
As of this posting, the true identities of the suspects are still unknown. The victim has urged everyone to make this video viral so that more people will become aware.
