The 17-year-old cosplay beauty from Iloilo City won one million pesos (P1 Million) and several other prizes including an appliance showcase from Whirlpool, gadgets showcase from Sony and an Asian tour package.
The voting results for PBB Teens 4 are as follows:
Teen Big Winner: Myrtle Sarrosa (33.92%)
2nd Big Placer: Karen Reyes (11.91%) - P400,000 cash
3rd: Roy Requejo (9.38%) - P300,000 cash
4th: Jai & Joj Agpangan (9.26%) - P200,000 cash
