The Kate Middleton Photo Scandal published on Closer Magazine in France is the latest controversy to rock Britain's Royal Family, who hasn't recovered yet from the Prince Harry photo scandal in Las Vegas last month.
The said photo scandal shows Kate Middleton sunbathing topless with husband, Prince William, while on vacation last week in France.
The photos have been published in the latest issue of Closer Magazine in France. (Here's a screen shot from Closer Magazine website, showing its latest edition's cover about Kate Middleton's scandalous pics.)
And just like in Prince Harry's case, the Royal Family is already taking legal action against Closer Magazine for publishing the private photos of Kate Middleton.
According to TMZ, the magazine editor of Closer is even claiming that they have on hand more intimate photos of Prince William and Kate Middleton during their vacation aside from the published top-less pics.
That's actually the price to pay for being famous, and being part of the Royal family is not an excuse for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge not to be careful and be involved in a controversy like this.
