Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) issued the latest weather bulletin on Tropical Storm Marce on 5:00AM this morning October 3, 2012.
Tropical Storm Marce was last seen by satellite at AT 310 KM
WEST OF IBA, ZAMBALES (15.4ºN, 116.7ºE) with maximum winds of 75 KPH
near the center and gustiness of up to 90 KPH, and forecasted to move
southeast at 07 KPH.
Marce is seen to enhance the southwest moonsoon which will bring
cloudy weather and occassional moderate to heavy rains and thunderstorms
in Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Cordillera Administrative Region,
Calabarzon, Mimaropa and the provinces of Ilocos Sur, La Union,
Pangasinan, Isabela, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya.
Western and Central Visayas, and Zamboanga Peninsula will also have
occasional light to moderate rains or thunderstorms. Check out the
