Solenn Heussaff Faces Tax Evasion Case
Solenn Heussaff is facing tax evasion case after the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) filed a P3.6-million charges against her on Thursday, April 4.
The complaint, filed before the Department of Justice, states that the TV Host-Actress failed to supply correct and accurate information in her tax returns in 2011 when she declared a gross income of only P6.73 million and a taxable income of P3.3 million which is an underdeclaration of more than 30 percent and is prima facie evidence of fraud.
Based on BIR's assessment, Solenn's deficiency tax liability is more than P3.6 million, including surcharge and interest.
