Angel Locsin in an interview on ‘The Buzz’ on Sunday, February 19, expressed gratitude to her fans, supporters and production team for the success of ‘Unofficially Yours’, her romantic-comedy (rom-com) movie with John Lloyd Cruz.

“Maraming maraming salamat po talaga sa pagtangkilik. Maraming maraming salamat po talaga sa tumulong at sumuporta para maging hit ‘tong ‘Unofficially Yours’,” she said.
Angel also thanked ‘The Buzz’ and the show’s host for giving support.
“Tito Boy maraming maraming salamat sa kind words everytime na mag-gi-guest kami dito sa ‘The Buzz’, and ‘The Buzz’...salamat po for letting us promote here,” she continued.
The sexy actress did not forget to mention their award-winning director, Cathy Garcia-Molina.
“Sa lahat po ng mga fan groups na sumuporta, sa fans ni Lloydie, sa fans ko po, maraming salamat po talaga and syempre sa lahat ng bumubuo ng ‘Unofficially Yours’, Direk Cathy...” she added.
And then came a turn that she delivered some sort of a testimonial for her leading man.
“Alam naman nating si Lloydie walang pelikulang hindi nag hit talaga yan,” she said and then looked at John Lloyd and added, “so maraming salamat at nasabit ako sa ‘yo (laughed). Iba si Loydie kasama sa set, mas maiinspire ka talagang magtrabaho. Iba, iba yung dedication niya saka mahal na mahal siya ng mga tao sa set. Sobrang mahal na mahal siya kasi ang bait-bait nya at napakagaling nyang artista talaga.”
For his part, John Lloyd said, “ang sarap pakinggan...natutuwa ako sa mga sinasabi ni Gel hindi dahil sa gustong papasukin sa ulo ko para lumaki ang ulo ko, kundi...kasi parang nare-realize mo na pag ganun ang pagtingin sa‘yo maraming nagmahahal sa‘yo. Genuinely, merong isang babae sa harap mo sinasabi sa‘yo ang mga ganyang bagay, it makes you feel special.”
Graded B by the Cinema Evaluation Board, ‘Unofficially Yours’ raked P18.5 million from gross ticket sales at the first day of showing in cinemas nationwide.
