The state weather bureau reports that Tropical Storm Dindo has maintained its strength as it continues to move towards Extreme Northern Luzon.
As of 10am on Thursday, June 28, TS Dindo was spotted 150 kilometers East of Aparri, Cagayan with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph and gustiness of up to 90 kph. PAGASA says it is forecast to move west northwest at 19 kph.
