Mutya Datul was crowned Miss Supranational 2013 winner during the pageant finale held Friday evening, Sep. 6, 2013, in Minsk, Belarus (Saturday AM, MLA time). She won over 82 candidates.
Mutya, who's actually the first to be officially crowned Binibining Pilipinas Supranational last April, also won as Miss Personality. She also placed in the Top 10 for Miss Talent and Top 8 for Miss Internet Popularity.
It's the first time ever for the Philippines to win Miss Supranational, only on its 3rd time to join the 5-year-old pageant. Last year, Elaine Kay Moll was 3rd Runner Up.
In just 10 months, the country has won 4 pageant titles. Previously, Philippines also won its first Miss International Queen and first Manhunt International last November, then its 2nd Miss Tourism International title last New Year's Day.
On September 28, there are high hopes that Philippines will also claim its first Miss World title.
