Hours after his alleged sex scandal video surfaced online and became the most-watched, talked-about, in-demand and fastest trending topic online, TV5 news anchor admitted he's indeed the guy in the video.
While his supporters and fans expressed surprise, disappointment and disbelief that the respected host and news personality could be involved in such a controversy, Paolo in an article posted last week in Bandera, admitted that he once videotaped his deed with an unnamed sexy star.
Writer Alex Brosas, cited a blogger who said the host admitted that he once made a sex video with a female sexy star but that the video had been deleted.
Part of the report states:
One blogger said that in a past interview, Paolo admitted that he once had a scandal video with a female sexy star. Pero sure na sure siyang walang puwedeng kumalat na kopya dahil sinira nila ang video.
Anyway, bata pa raw si Paolo when the sex video was made and many will be surprised with his manhood."
Meanwhile, TV5 management issued a statement expressing support for Paolo.
The recent issue involving our news anchor, Paolo Bediones, on social media is a purely personal and private matter in which TV5 has no involvement or desire to intrude.“We accord our employees and talents all respect that are due them for their privacy and personal action or decision. We disapprove strongly the malicious and wanton publication of the video, an act that clearly violates pertinent cybercrime laws. We firmly express our support for our anchor Paolo Bediones in the face of a controversy that represents nothing more than an attempt to smear his reputation.”
