Previously, we posted about Filipino fashion blogger Bryan Boy being tapped as new judge or mentor for the hit reality model search America’s Next Top Model (ANTM). And now, another Filipino will conquer the ANTM stage with his creations.
Tyra Banks was among the Best Dressed celebrities during the annual
Blossom Ball in New York in March 2012, and she was wearing a Francis
Libiran creation. And now, his creations will be featured in Tyra Banks America’s Next Top Model (ANTM) Cycle 18 “British Invasion“. More onto good news, he has chosen actress Anne Curtis to wear his designs for the show.

Previously, model Georgina Wilson was tapped as the brand ambassador for Bench, a local clothing company, when they dressed the model during the semifinals of Cycle 17. Michael Cinco’s and Oliver Tolentino’s designs were also featured in previous cycles of the hit reality show.
Apart from these famous designers and models who were featured in the
said show, it is great to know that the Emmy-award winning producer of
the show, Michael “Mike” Carandang, is also a Filipino. Carandang also
produced Jerry Springer Show and Tyra Banks Show.
This episode of America’s Next Top Model will be shown on CW (USA) on Apr 25 & on ETC (Philippines) on April 30.
