On the other hand, Filipina-American-Mexican standout Jessica Sanchez bounced back this Top 7 second week and safely entered the Top 6 with Phillip Phillips, Skylar Laine and Joshua Ledet.
Hollie Cavanagh and Elise Testone comprised the bottom 3 along with Colton.
Next week, the American Idol 2012 Top 6 contestants will be performing hit songs from legendary rock band Queen.
