Who else is going to play best actor Robin Padilla’s teenage character in ABS-CBN’s upcoming soap “Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw” but his own nephew, young Kapamilya actor Daniel Padilla.
That’s right, Daniel will portray the younger version of his uncle in the highly-anticipated series.
“Ngayon sa teleserye nila Kris Aquino at ni Tito Robin, batang Robin ho ako dito,” Daniel said in a recent interview with ABS-CBN News.
The “Princess and I” star also revealed that he is about to finish filming a new movie with his uncle Robin and dad Rommel.
“May ginagawa po kami nila Tito Robin, ni Papa na movie, kaya abangan ho ninyo. Action ho ito, at mag-a-action po ako,” Daniel reportedly said.
