PAGASA said Bagyong Karen has estimated rainfall amount from 10 - 20 mm per hour (moderate - heavy) within the 300 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.
At 11:00 a.m., today, Tropical Depression Karen was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 700 km East of Tandag, Surigao Del Sur (9.0°N, 133.4°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
